Terms of use — LuckyZar

1. Eligibility

LuckyZar may only be used by people who are at least 18 and for whom taking part in real-money games of chance is legal where they are. Checking legality is the user's responsibility.

2. Account

Each person may open only one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private; never share your password. Your saved email must be accurate and yours, as password resets and notifications are sent there.

3. Chips and payments

1 chip = 1 USDT. Deposits and withdrawals are made only in USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network. LuckyZar is not responsible for funds sent on the wrong network, as the wrong token or to an expired address. Withdrawal requests are sent to your saved address after review; additional verification may be requested in suspicious cases. Users who took the trial balance must reach a total balance of 1,500 chips to withdraw. Details: payments.

4. Gameplay and fairness

Games are played according to the game rules and dice are generated with a provably fair method. If a player disconnects or runs out of time, their dice roll automatically; a player who stands up mid-game leaves their buy-in in the pot.

5. Prohibited conduct

Using bots or automation, opening multiple accounts, colluding with other players, exploiting bugs, and harassment, hate speech or spam in table chat are prohibited. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended without notice and unfair winnings may be reversed.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but outages can happen because of maintenance, network problems or failures in third-party services. A hand in progress during an outage is completed automatically under the rules. To the extent permitted by law, LuckyZar is not liable for indirect damages.
